Storyboards are universal, simple tools that help artists visually map out and tell a story. It allows you to visualize your project and plan out what you need to capture. You don’t need to be good at drawing to create fantastic storyboards.

How to Draw Storyboards

1. Draw: Start with circles, squares, rectangles, and stick figures to bring your ideas to life. Add details to show different emotions.

2. Write: Define your drawing using the lines under each box. One sentence or even one word can help explain your idea and make a big impact.
